Don Bosco Bhavan,  Mannuthy is an aspirantate of Bangalore Province in Kerala Region, providing the needed environment for boys who desire to become Salesians of Don Bosco, to reflect on and study their call to Salesian life and to respond to it. Boys who passed +2 or SSLC are recruited to this aspirantate from the various regions of Kerala through vocation camps organized every year and through personal contacts of the Vocation Promoter. They spend at least one year here in Mannuthy before they proceed to join the Pre-Novitiate course at Mysore.

This is a place to help the candidate to become more aware of what God is doing in him and encourage him to respond positively to the Call one has received. He is helped to acquire human maturity at all levels which is required of any one who embraces the religious or priestly life.
